Yes, we can install tiles purchased by you from any store, regardless of their format or shape. The installation is performed as part of our service in accordance with professional execution standards.
Do I need to provide all the installation materials myself, or can you provide them as part of the service?
There are two possibilities — according to your preferences. You can provide all the installation materials yourself, or we can purchase them as part of our service and carry out the installation comprehensively.
Do you provide a warranty for your services?
Yes, we provide a 5-year warranty on all completed services. The warranty applies if the installation was carried out using mounting materials purchased by us or in accordance with our specific guidelines.
Czy impregnacja jest konieczna i co daje?
Yes, impregnation protects the surface against moisture and dirt, increases the durability of the tiles, and makes them easier to clean later.
Can I perform part of the work myself, e.g., surface preparation?
Yes, you can prepare the substrate yourselves, and we will handle the tile installation, grouting, and impregnation.
If the substrate was prepared independently, but the reinforcing mesh or anchoring hasn't been done, can you finish these tasks?
Yes, we can complete the missing stages of substrate preparation, such as installing the reinforcing mesh or anchoring. Once the necessary work is completed, we proceed with the installation of the facade tiles.
If I like a specific product but would like to order the tile in a different shade or texture, is that possible?
Yes, through our mediation, it is possible to order tiles in a custom color or a different texture. We help match the product to your expectations and fulfill the order according to your selected parameters.
What area do you operate in?
