1. Seller's Liability
1. The Seller is liable under the warranty to the Customer who is a consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Liability covers only defects arising from causes inherent in the product itself.
2. Inspection of Goods After Receipt
1. The Customer is obliged to check the delivered Goods in terms of quantity and quality within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
2. Quantitative complaints and complaints regarding transport damage are accepted only at the time of receipt of the Goods.
3. In the event of damage, a damage report must be drawn up with the carrier and photographic documentation must be taken.
4. Failure to draw up a damage report upon receipt of the shipment may prevent the processing of a transport complaint.
3. Exclusions of Liability
1. The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:● Improper storage● Improper installation● Transport on the Customer's side● Use inconsistent with the intended purpose2. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, dimensional differences (within production standards), color differences, or natural features of concrete such as pores, air bubbles, or slight differences in structure.3. Products that have been installed, cut, or otherwise modified are not subject to a complaint.
4. Responsibility for Installation
1. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from installation that is not in accordance with good building practice.2. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from installation that prevents disassembly without damaging other elements.
5. Value of Claims
1. The maximum value of claims resulting from a complaint may not exceed the value of the advertised Goods.
6. Complaint Procedure
If it is not possible to clearly determine the cause of the product defect, the Seller may order a technical expert opinion.2. Until the complaint is resolved, the Customer is obliged to properly protect and store the Goods.3. Failure to settle the full amount due for the Goods may result in the suspension of the complaint procedure until the payment is settled.
