3. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, submitting inquiries, concluding sales agreements, as well as the rules for complaints and delivery of Goods.
4. Information contained in the Store does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Definitions
1. Store / Service – a website operated by the Seller.2. Customer – a natural person, a legal person, or an organizational unit purchasing Goods.3. Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.4. Goods – products offered in the store, in particular facade tiles, decorative tiles, and other building materials.5. Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer regarding the sale of Goods.
3.Inquiries and Concluding the Agreement
1. The Customer may contact the Seller via:

2. Based on the inquiry, the Seller presents the Customer with an individual commercial offer.
3. The Sales Agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts the presented offer electronically (email) or by paying the invoice.
4. Price and Payments
1. Prices of Goods are provided in Polish zloty and include VAT.
2. Delivery costs are determined individually depending on:
● Quantity of Goods ordered● Delivery location● Method of transport
3. Payment may be made via:
● Bank transfer● Other forms agreed upon individually
4. The Seller issues VAT invoices.
5. Delivery of Goods
1. Delivery of Goods is carried out via transport or courier companies.2. The delivery date is determined individually with the Customer.4. Delivery takes place at the indicated address on business days.5. Unloading of the Goods takes place at the indicated delivery address and does not include carrying the Goods into the building.
6. Receipt of Goods and Shipment Inspection
1. The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment at the time of receipt in the presence of the carrier.
2. In particular, the following should be checked:
● Condition of the packaging● Quantity of Goods delivered● Possible mechanical damage
3. In the event of damage to the Goods or quantity shortages, the Customer should draw up a damage report with the carrier.4. Failure to draw up a damage report upon receipt of the shipment may hinder the processing of claims regarding transport damage.
7. Liability for Transport
1. Transport of Goods is carried out by third-party transport companies.
2. In the event of damage to the Goods during transport, the Customer is obliged to draw up a damage report in the presence of the carrier.
3. Claims regarding transport damage require the presentation of:

8. Complaints
1. The Seller is liable for defects in the Goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
2. Complaints can be submitted:

3. The complaint should include:
● Customer data● Order number● Description of the Goods' defect
4.The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days.
9. Product specificity (handmade production of concrete tiles to order)
1. Concrete tiles offered by the Seller are handmade to the Customer's individual order using natural raw materials.2. Due to the nature of handmade production and the properties of the material, individual product units may show natural differences, particularly in terms of:● Shade and coloring● Surface structure● Dimensions● Intensity and distribution of discolorations or pores characteristic of concrete
1. The indicated features are a natural property of the product and may occur both between different production batches, as well as within the same production batch and between individual units of the Goods within a single order.
2. The differences described above do not constitute a physical defect of the Goods and cannot form the basis for submitting a complaint.
3. The Seller recommends ordering a reserve of Goods in the amount of 8% to 15% over the required quantity to allow for the evening out of any visual differences.
4. The Customer is obliged to check the Goods before installation, in particular with regard to compliance with the order and any damage caused during transport.
5. The commencement of the installation of the Goods is equivalent to the Customer's confirmation of its compliance with the order and acceptance of its visual and quality features.
10. Photographs and Presentation of Goods
1. Photographs of the Goods presented in the Store are for illustrative purposes and are intended to show the appearance of the product.
2. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the photos are as close as possible to the actual appearance of the Goods; however, slight differences in color, shade, or structure relative to the actual product may occur.
3. These differences do not constitute a defect of the Goods and are not grounds for a complaint.
11. Storage of the Order
After receiving the order, the protective layer (stretch wrap) should be removed to prevent condensation.
Before installation, cartons, crates, and products should be stored in dry, enclosed rooms where the temperature is between +5°C and +25°C.
If outdoor storage is necessary, the goods must be protected from moisture, wetting, and adverse weather conditions by placing them under a roof. In the absence of a roof, additional top protection of the shipment is recommended.
Products should be protected from rapid temperature changes during storage.
After moving them from the cold into the target room, they must be allowed to equalize their temperature before installation.
To equalize temperature and humidity and to stabilize the color, products should be placed in the room where they are to be installed for at least 48 hours.
They should be stored in such a way that both sides of the individual elements have even access to air.
Improper storage may cause secondary deformation or discoloration of the finished elements.
Defects caused by improper storage of products are not recognized as manufacturing defects.
12. Right of Withdrawal
1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Goods should be returned in an unchanged state.
3. The cost of returning the Goods is borne by the Consumer.
13. Final Provisions
